Additional Fees & Costs Responsibility
Other Costs & DamagesWe certainly like to avoid any sort of issues between guest and hosts, however, there are times when booking terms and expectations are not met and additional cost maybe owed by the user who acquired the booking. Guest maybe charged additional cost on account should additional charges are owed due to the following:

• Inappropriate use of vendor services
• Damage or misuse of space
• Damage of personal property of vendor
• Excess garbage left that would require hauling services
• Violations of Booking Agreement
• Insufficient Funds

If the agreed time for use was exceeded, upon notification we may bill additional fees and may charge any payment method tied to your profile. Disputes relative to additional fees are subject to our dispute resolution process in the terms of service agreement
