What's the Cancellation Policy?

We understand that circumstances may cause a cancellation. An OnSetters host will have chosen one of the following cancellation policies. Booking a listing confirms your agreement to the host's cancellation policy.

  • Super Flexible: Cancel anytime before your booking start time and you will receive full refund (Including Fees)

  • Flexible: Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking start time for a full refund (including Fees). If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your booking start time, you will NOT received a refund.

  • Standard 3 Days: Cancel at least 3 days before your booking start time and you will receive full refund (Including fees). If cancellation occurs within 3 days before your booking start time, you will receive 50% refund (excluding fees). 

  • Standard 7 Days: Cancel at least 7 days before your booking start time and you will receive full refund (Including fees). If cancellation occurs within 7 days before your booking start time, you will receive 50% refund (excluding fees).

  • Strict: Cancel at least 30 days before your booking start time and you will receive full refund (Including fees). If cancellation occurs within 30 days before your booking start time, you will receive 50% refund (excluding fees).

  • Super Strict: Cancel at least 60 days before your booking start time and you will receive full refund (Including fees). If cancellation occurs within 60 days before your booking start time, you will receive 50% refund (excluding fees).


The cancellation policy that hosts selects will appear on their listings. You must agree to the Booking Cancellation Policy as part of terms of service to use the OnSetters platform. If you do not agree to this policy, you must not use the platform. 
OnSetters will initiate all refunds, fees or applicable payments in accordance to cancellation policy on listings. 
If you request to book a listing but cancel before hosts accepts, you will not be charged and none of the above cancellation policies will apply. Any pending charge/hold on your credit card will release withing 5-7 business days.
Host-Initiated CancellationsIf an OnSetters Hosts cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund including fees. 
We certainly encourage both parties to communicate and work through any potential scheduling issues or cancellations directly and immediately. This ensures a mutually beneficial outcome in a timely manner. In the event that a cancellation needs to be made, please also immediately notify and contact us here
